Located in San Po Kong, Lily's Bakery has become a highly popular bakery in recent years, renowned for its freshly fried doughnuts and innovative puff pastry desserts. The owner, Hazel, previously worked as a pastry chef at Mira Hotel and later traveled to Germany for advanced baking training. Upon returning to Hong Kong, she established this bakery and set up her own workshop, committed to using high-quality ingredients and craftsmanship. Even major hotel chains regularly source from her bakery.

After its 2023 renovation and reopening, the shop adopted a minimalist wooden decor, creating a bright and inviting ambiance. Alongside this, new puff pastry treats were introduced, such as the Sourdough Mille-Feuille Tart, which combines 20-year-old German sourdough with Japanese flour and comes in four flavors, including pistachio and durian. Each tart boasts an incredible 16 layers, delivering a crispy, rich texture. Another signature item, the Crème Brûlée Pastry Box, features a caramelized crispy top paired with silky custard, offering a contrast of hot and cold textures that quickly became a viral sensation.🍰🎂

Beyond puff pastries, the shop’s signature Freshly Fried Doughnuts have been an enduring favorite for seven years, with 14 to 15 flavors, such as Ferrero Rocher chocolate, taro, and Earl Grey tea. Their commitment to frying each doughnut on order ensures a crispy exterior and molten inside, often leading to long queues and early afternoon sellouts.

For savory delights, the Beef Wellington encases tender beef filling in flaky puff pastry, accompanied by a white mushroom and raspberry sauce for a balanced sweet-savory experience. Dessert lovers can also enjoy chewy Mochi Swiss Rolls and low-sugar Butterfly Pastries, catering to diverse tastes.
