"Established in 2014, Schragels has been supplying New York style bagels to leading hotels, restaurants, and food & beverage outlets in Hong Kong and Macau.
Our bagels are freshly baked every morning with traditional methods: each bagel is hand rolled, kettle boiled and stone baked to order. As bagels are handmade, we are able to craft them in a variety of sizes that are perfect for a la carte menus, buffets and afternoon tea or canapés."
