Short Rib is a highly prized beef cut favored for it's intense flavour and marbling - a favourite item for hot pot restaurants in Singapore! Delicately sliced to shabu thickness, our Short Rib shabu is suited to a variety of asian dishes including hotpot, stir frys and soups. MEATS ARE VACUUM PACKED & QUICK FROZEN FOR FOOD SAFETY REASONS. Please bring your own insulated bags if required.

2. Self-collection [Weekends]: Timing will be advised via Text confirmation (usually 9am-6pm) and collection at 310B Punggol Walk #12-548 (Lift Lobby 3), Singapore 822310.
3. Delivery: Within 1-2 working days from order confirmation date. $15 delivery fee per trip or free delivery for orders above $100 after-discount. Kindly whatsapp your name and delivery address to +65 9018 8390 after ordering for arrangements. Deliveries are between 9am-5pm (Mon-Sat) excluding public holidays - please ensure someone is ready to receive the goods within that time window on delivery day.
