The establishment of *Patisserie Tony Wong* and *Sweet Boutique de Tony Wong* stemmed from Tony's refusal to settle for the status quo in cake and dessert-making, constantly striving for higher and newer horizons.
Once the Executive Pastry Chef at The Royal Garden Hotel, Tony ventured out on his own in 2009 to create his own cake brand, *Patisserie Tony Wong. His signature rose cake, the first of its kind, has remained an irreplaceable icon for years. In 2014, he further expanded his vision by founding **Sweet Boutique de Tony Wong*, specializing in cookies, palmiers, and other baked delights, aiming to cater to diverse tastes with a variety of sweet treats.
